All payments are processed by Stripe. When you make a purchase, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. We receive confirmation of your payment but do not store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details.

Client intake form submissions are stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we take protecting your data seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. If you cancel your hosting subscription and request deletion of your data, we will remove your personal information from our active systems within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
