Privacy Policy

This is the plain-language version of how SideHustleBuilder handles your information. No burying the important parts in legal fog.

What we collect

• What you give us to build your site: your business name, the words you type into the editor, and any photos or logo you upload. That content exists for one reason...to become your website.
• Your email address: used for order confirmation, your site delivery, and account messages.
• Payment information: we never see or store your card number. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe, which handles your card details under its own security standards and privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your information to build your website, host it, bill you for hosting, respond when you contact us, and send you transactional email about your order and your site. That's it.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with advertisers.

Who touches your data

Running your site requires a small set of infrastructure providers, each handling only what it needs to: Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting), GitHub (where your site's files live), Supabase (your intake content and uploads), and Resend (transactional email). Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Your content is yours

The words and photos you put on your site belong to you. If you ever cancel hosting, you can request a free ZIP of your site files on the way out.

Cookies and analytics

We keep tracking minimal. Any analytics we use exist to understand how the site performs, not to follow you around the internet.

Removing your data

Want your information deleted? Email hello@sidehustlebuilder.com and we'll remove your stored content, subject to records we're required to keep for billing and tax purposes.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
